To whom it may concern: During the last forty five years of building design and project management, I have experienced a wide variety in the standard of the finishes to buildings, and particularly in the quality of wall and floor tiling. I recently carried out a new bathroom project for myself that required full wall and floor tiling, the latter including mosaic tiles integrated with large format tiles, through a 'wet room' style shower area. This work also involved laying an electrical 'floor warming system under the tiles. Before the work was agreed, Fred was pleased to show me examples of his previous work and offered references from previous customers. It was refreshing to find that I had found someone who understood my particular requirements, took absolute pride in the standard of his work, and had technical knowledge and ability to carry the job through. The finished project was of the highest quality, and Fred's attention to detail was second to none. The work was started promptly and carried out within the agreed time, and to his credit, Fred returned a few months later to repair a small shrinkage crack that had appeared after the works had dried out.
